Does anyone have experience with purchasing through this company or a company like this with bitcoin? This is my first wheelchair van purchase and worried about sending a payment prior to seeing or delivery. Decent deal on an Dodge Grand Caravan with a Braunability Power Wheelchair Ramp. It's lift capacity is exactly what we are looking but I still have concerns.
I may just wait and look for another one but thought I would ask this group.
They also ask for the payment through bitcoin and I have no idea how to pay. Is that safe in the first place? How does it work?

Hi Steven,
Yes, I've bought with bitcoin from marinaevolvere and the transaction was confirmed quickly, nearly half an hour after we sent it. We bought a handicapped van which we use to drive my husband to the weekly therapy. We had no problem with the payment or shipping. That was in Feb this year. Hope you find what you're looking for.

Absolutely, Steven.
They are legit.
Do a bit of home work and read their policies. They accept bitcoin since 2017 when more and more companies stared adopting bitcoin as a method of payment. I think the risk is with them because the coin can substantially drop after a transaction was made and they would have to fill the difference and pay the seller. I am not sure how that works because I never sold anything with these people but I can imagine. If you take 10 payments and the coin suddenly drops how do you pay the sellers?

I did some research and it seems legit from every aspect. I am more concerned about the bitcoin. We never used it but my son did, he made small investments hoping to get rich overnight. LOL

I haven't bought with bitcoin from them but we did purchase a E350 with a wheelchair lift back in 2018 with a bank transfer. It took about a week to complete from start to finish.

I also know someone that bought a fishing boat from these people but I am not sure what payment method he used. But I can ask if necessary.

I'm not sure either but if that would be the case, everyone who accepts bitcoin is in some kind of risk. The coin can depreciate overnight or increase it's value and no one can predict when or if it goes up or down. These things are over my head.

Seems legit and I think it's great that you can buy a van with bitcoin. Craigslist also listed "cryptocurrency OK" a while ago. It's cool that you can filter the search to find only ads that accept bitcoin as well.

Yes, sorry I haven't updated the topic since I started the whole thing. The transaction is over and it was completed successfully. We already inspected the van and it seems that everything is working and in place. All systems are great and they showed me the inspection report where everything was inspected previously. So it's all good.
